I have tried a few of the natural handwriting Apps such as OneNote and Evernote but nothing comes close to MetaMoji Note for use with a Passport:

There is also a free lite version of the App:

The difference being that the lite version does not sync to the MetaMoji cloud service and limits the number of notes.

The app's differentiator is that it provides a zoomed in mode for writing which works really well on the passports screen.

I always get a lot of comments when I use this setup particularly from Galaxy Note users.
