Try Blaq from BlackBerry World for Twitter.

You can also use Browsie Browser. It has ad-block, and you can change the user agent to Android and get better compatibility with websites.

When I download any file I can't know (is it download or not) and I don't know any things about speed or time of download
    Any solution?

The native BB10 Twitter client works fine for me.

If you use the latest version you won't get the trending topics, I use the old version 10.5.31.12 the only problem is that you have some trouble seen the photos.
