    Hi, I just notice my passport is bent like a wonky table. The glass screen is also coming off. It's never been dropped or put next to any form of heat. Has anyone had this or a similar problem? Thanks

    Thanks guys. Never in my back pocket. It's bent from the bottom and top right corners. Really wired. It's still under warranty so I will take it back.

    They kinda did. The SE has a different frame. Guess its cheaper for BB to process any returns on the OG than to change the design.

    I already know that it was answered. I am just reinforcing the fact that that is the million dollar question.

    When customers bring phones to me that have been bent or screens cracked, that is the first question I ask them.

    Don't mention the bend. Just mention the screen lift. Otherwise they might blame you for it
