    Please help. I couldn't solve it still and blackberry without bbm looks strange. I restarted the iphone and tried many times to connect but it gives me always same notice of failure « temporary server error». I tried to delete and reinstall bbm but you can't do it in the blackberry passport. Maybe I have to connect it' via USB mode and delete bbm manually and than reinstall it from the store. Would it work?

    Have you ever used this BBID to log into BBM on any other platform?

    If so, you can't bring it back to BB10.

    Yes I did. I created one from scratch but couldn't log in with that new one also. It shows same note

    Really wonder who's actually incharge of BBM servers now. Emtek doing the feature changes and all, but things like comments auto deleting on channels, showing wrong contact names and pictures of BBM contacts inside the BBM app as well as in channels. Consumer/enterprise split etc sounds cosmetic to me. They haven't transitioned entirely imo and thats why BBM is a steaming pile of ####, even on BB10 with the continous temporary error thing which has been appearing since 2014 on all BB10 devices.

    How and where did you create the "new" one?

    On your BB10 device, you will have to disable BlackBerry Protect, wipe the phone, and start fresh with a new BBID. Then you will be able to sign into BBM.

    I see. I didn't wipe the phone actually. Just signed out from my old ID and logged into the new one. I see I have to wipe the phone. In that occasion I have to lose all its data. Pfff such a good phone with all this bugs. Thank you my friend for the replies
