    My BB Passport has arrived but it is very disappointing to see that there is no charger has included in the box in Italy ? is this true?? please confirm someone. Thanks. This is not possible.

    If it is BNIB ~ it should have a charger (alongwith other accessories/manuals) in the box, no matter where it is sold.

    The good news is ~ it's a standard micro USB port.
