    Hi everyone

Can anyone help me figuring out as to how to shift to the next line when replying to a text message. As hitting the "enter" key sends it. i am coming from a BB 9780 (lasterd me 4 yrs ) where i could hold Shift+enter to shift to the next line when replying to a text msg. This does not seem to work on the passport.

I know it may be a silly question but, i am yet to find the solution.

    regards
    Rohit

Same concept on the passport, except the shift is a touch screen key.

When replying on a text, and you want to get to the next line, hold down the shift key on the screen (the arrow pointing up at the bottom left hand corner of the screen), and hit enter on the physical keyboard.

thank you for the quick reply. I just dont seem to get it working efficiently. A bit of google search found a great solution which is working just fine for me :
Go in to Hub > Settings > Text Messages > Use enter to send > Toggle that "Off"
