    Hello,

my BlackBerry Passport SE does not react anymore ... !!!

It is off, do not restart any more.

Whether plugged in or not, it does not react.

No lights (red or not) come on.

I tried almost anything, start with the main button,
and / or with the volume +, and / or volume - button, and / or both.

Even with the four buttons at the same time ... for several minutes.

I do not know what to do, it worked perfectly ...
    and then, nothing. Nothing...!!!

    What can I do...???

    Thank you for help.

Have you tried leaving it plugged in overnight on a strong charger (i.e. a decent wall charger)?

    Hello,
I find that after spending more than 48 hours connected to a charger on a wall outlet, my BB Passport SE gave no sign of life.
I remain positive while starting to seriously worry about it.
    Any help will be welcome.
    Thank you in advance.

Would you be open to sell it, assuming it is dead? My Passport could use a new shell. Mine works good, just doesn't look it.

Do you have a sim card In? Try taking the sd and sim out, and attempt to reboot it with mic equipped headphones plugged into the headphone jack. Internal battery may need to killed completely also. Tough when theyre not made to remove, but if you have a z10 or q10 and cable the 10 can take the charge from passport, or if you use passport to power a usb hub, it must be the upstream.

If you had a lot of android apps and time forget all that and use an autoloader or link.

Hello, after several weeks of inactivity, I reconnected my BB Passport SE on a wall outlet, and oh surprise ...
The red indicator light flashes. There are two short flashes spaced fifteen seconds apart, then a long flash fifteen seconds later.
This cycle begins again uninterrupted, without anything happening.
Does that mean something about the battery ...?
Besides, would not it be easier to change the battery?
    Is it difficult to do?
Thank you again for your answers and help.

Try reloading the OS with an autoloader?

What do you call an autoloader?
I'm sorry if my question sounds stupid.

Reloading the OS using a Windows PC.

    Autoloader itself: https://mega.nz/#!GU1kUSgT!yL_ZV5UFz...1-Opwv7f6JCxhM

Online tutorials are available for battery change. If you are not experienced with this kind of work, have a shop to it.

I don't know if a battery change will help. Thurask's idea to auto should be tried first.

Hi, I'm on Mac OS 10.14.2., I downloaded Passport_103.03.3216_SQW100-1-2-3-4.7z to reinstall the OS, except that nothing happens on my Mac. What can I do...???
The device is at the same point, when I plug it on mains, the red light flashes once and nothing happens.

You need a Windows PC to use the autoloader.

    Hey GvD,

Let us know if you get your hands on a PC or are comfortable using Wine or similar to run Windows apps. The .7z file format your autoloader is in is a compressed format known as 7Zip, so it would need to be extracted prior to running. However, even if it is extracted, you'd need a Windows PC to run the file.

Modern Macs can dual boot windows and Mac. I'd install windows 7 on its own partition. Then youll have both OS and can use whatever programs you want. Being that all modern macs are intel based the driver support is surprisingly solid
