Why in open spaces BB Passort happens to connect to the network of the mobile operator but in the offices and in the house disconnects and displays only sos.
I suspect is the problem software or hardware?
If it was a hardware problem (motherboard or antenna) why from time to time it succeeds to connect?

look on the screenshot , it's strange : on this moment (10:57) the network comes back on its own without any intervention.
In 11:01 just SOS
I cannot find the cause of this phenomenon!

I'm afraid you've joined the SOS-calls-only group. This is a hardware (antenna) issue with no known solution. There are several threads about this.

Note that at 10:57 you still don't have the Blackberry logo next to the signal bar, which would appear when a network connection is successful. This may be a hint that the aforementioned issue is being installed.

In your mind,If I change a back cover? or motherboard It will resolve the problem?

I think your signal provide/BTS low signal 4G. so you must turn down your data signal to 3G only to get maximum speed and signal bar

we dont know it is becaused hardware or not, try to compare more same blackberry 10 device in the same area
if the different blackberry10 device got more 4G signal bar, I think it was hardware problem(ic signal)
you must compare this problem more device too that got some reason

you must try some ways follow this with numbers
1. try put other sim card provider who strong signal there
2. turn down your signal data on 3G only ( I think it will show nice bar, because 4G still rare signal now) but if you need 4GLTE lets follow next ways
3. downgrade to other version os, I see more some bugs on 10.3.3.2163 (this is lasted version of blackberry10 os) so I think becaused this os. but if you still got low 4G signal after you reinstalled lower than lasted os, try next ways
4. The end some ways, if all steps or ways never get solution, I think you have to go blackberry service center to repair the ic signal/other problem about motherboard components

But I don't know how use it
I Know how use autoloader but this file .bar I never tested

Has this behavior started recently or has it always been like this? I mean, with the same SIM/carrier and in the same location. At this point, I would not mess around with bar files, try first to trim down your hypothesis, as advised above.

There are dozens of threads in this (Passport) forum of people having the same issue. No one has ever gotten this issue repaired, and BB no longer accepts devices for repair, and they have no replacement parts. So, at this point, you either buy another Passport, or you move on to something else, because your current Passport is now a WiFi-only device.

I am optimistic, I try to find the cause
My goal is to repair my BB passport, so step by step, I ask the opinions of professionals first,maybe I'll get another motherboard or back cover to find the cause of this issue
Unfortunately we cannot use Wifi to make call in our country.
