    Dear community,

    My Passport headphone jack does not work anymore. I've been looking around the net to try and buy the replacement part but I can't find it. All sorts of parts, for multiple devices, but no headphone jack replacement for Passport.

    Can someone help? Have you seen that part being sold anywhere?

    I know you've tried a few things, but I did resets etc. Didn't work then I just turned it off for about 5 mins, turned it on and it was working again, so you might want to try fully turning it off
