    Checking the battery, it indicates full charge (100%) but it also indicates charging time remaining 21 minutes or so. Which is accurate?

    If you open BBVE when the Passport is on charge you will see that it indicates that the device is charging for anything up to 15 to 20 minutes after device monitor says battery is at 100%

    That only means that the info shown by BBVE is the same info shown in Device Monitor, both from the same source.
    My question is if battery is at 100% but that there is time remaining till full charge which do I go by, percentage or time?

    It probably means that when the battery indicator is at 100% it changes to that value at say 99.1% and continues to charge until the battery is actually fully charged.

    That makes sense. So if one wants to insure getting a full charge go by time, not percentage.
