That is definitely not normal. Your BBM is working overtime. Your display and system looks fine. Can you show the rest?

I checked my last 12 hrs and my BBM is only at 1.2%

Are you on max brightness? Does it turn off every ??? Seconds? Are location services on? Did you send a glimpse to someone on bbm?

Have you done all the basic stuff like restarting?

Glimpse is when you share your location to someone on bbm. Have you never tried it?

Do a hard reboot. Hold the power button down for ten seconds and wait for the reboot

Ensure application permissions for apps are set to minimize what you need. I turn off all-around bbm links.

I get routinely almost 2 days of use.

I am not trying to start a war. LOL

The Passport uses the SN 801 chipset which is very power hungry. My Samsung Note 4 uses the SN 805 which is a lot more of an energy saving chipset than the SN 801. An example of this I got my Note 4 on Thursday night and fully charged it to 100%. It's now Sunday night at 11:08PM and the battery still has 23% in it.

I still have my Z10 just in case. I hope when BBRY moves to the SN 805 or the whatever Samsung is going to use at the time on their next devices the BBRY device will be something I can really use without having to worry about the battery life.

Btw, the Note 4's power settings have been at stock level since I got it.

I agree with you on that however I can't lose BlackBerry OS to whatever Android OS in the market

The problem for newly installed OS is you got to give time for the device to get use to it. Just like when I updated my Q10. Battery life dropped dramatically. But after 4 days it started to come back to normal. Do you still have problem with it cause I see you posted this on Oct 25th?

I can't confirm that as I don't use mine heavily these days. But I think battery is a little bit better I'll confirm it once I'm confident.
