Turn off " run in Background" on all your apps. Go to Settings, app manager, go to app permissions screen....
Also, if you haven't rebooted your device lately, now would be a good time.
you should reboot at least once a week. and whenever you download or update an app.
Every so often, it doesn't hurt to refresh your device by side loading a fresh copy of the OS,either.(I assume you're running the latest OS 10.3.2.2876)
I've had my Passport since the day it was releast to market and it runs perfect.
Let's hope for the best... let's try. Thanks for your immediate response.

In addition to the permissions suggestion, do you have any Android apps installed? What does the BBVE app show as your battery health?
Mine only does this with specific apps, like Kindle and Skype, might want to check if there are a couple of culprits...
That a good idea, for sure. Skype is a real hog. I finally just deleted it.
I have no issues with Skype on Q10 and on Passport as long as I don't forget to stop it running in the background. And I try to avoid video calls if I have no battery bundle in my pocket.
One more suggestion: to watch location services performance. I have experienced serious issues on my old Q10 last year when location service suddenly began to drain the battery extremely fast - ironically, only in bedtime mode.
Start uninstalling apps in the order they were installed to find out what's causing poor battery life. My money is on a stupid android/amazon app.

Some of the amazon and android apps are great, but most of them are super clunky and suck down battery.

i would advise to get a second passport with double the battery. now is cheap to get and you got a lot of advantages.

Just watch the device monitor and look for applications using lots of battery, cpu or ram.

I look the monitor. The system and dhe display have more %. What to do?

What brightness is your display? I keep mine at 75%. Also, I have low battery mode set for 12% remaining battery and that's set to dim the display significantly also.

Security wipe? Nothing is nicer than a clean, tidy OS.
Unless you've got years worth of configurations and personalizations embedded into the os....
