Hi all,

My passport SE battery drains even when the phone is turned off. Few days later, from 85 to flat out dead. What can I do to solve this? I missed the app world update so I can't format it otherwise I lose all my apps. I don't know what to do

This has always been a problem from the early days when the SE was launched, not sure if a solution was ever found.

There were lots threads and discussions about it, you might get some suggestions if you do a search on the forum.

yes I'm facing this issue too whenever I switch off my phone and rapidly battery goes dead

Same here, as opposed to my OG which hold charge without problems. Both have new batteries of the same type.

Mystery to me how that happens as my new SE came with decent charge having obviously sat in factory and transport for much more than a week.
The OG is fine.
