what connection you have> 4G, full bars, or 4G and one bar? or 3G and no bars?
what accounts you have? how many?
Did you check what exactly uses the battery? Scroll down and you'll see.
maybe you use Gmail? (which sux on battery life as i have experienced)

In my first three days the phone battery performed way better than this and of course I have a Gmail account (twitter facebook and work) I am guessing may be it's all these android apps that I had them installed on the device
One more thing my software release is 10.3.0 so is it the latest or there is something newer?

10.3.1 is coming soon. It's the matter of days/weeks. It should be this month.

it has an ability to set "do not run android app when minimised" which should massively improve battery life connected with androids.

Great one more thing on the device monitor all apps usage range between 0.01 to 0.2 except display and system so 0.2 does that mean that this battery is consuming the battery?

could be android app (you can downloa "task manager" from app world which can see what apps/services are running.

also - it could be some glitch.

you can try do hard reboot: hold volume up + down for 5 seconds. it will display message that Screenshot is taken, but if you'll keep holding - it will reboot the phone
