After having used key1 for several months, not good experience.

Two things I can't tolerate on key1:

1. Input English and French at the same time. On key1, we have to change input method, but on Passport, just input your words, she even knows what language you are typing.

2. When I am driving, screen turns to be black when Google maps is used. So I have to unlock by fingerprint. It is real a danger for me.

Hey there, I think something is not working well regarding the maps, it shouldn't turn off and doesn't happen to me when I am already in route... regarding the 1st issue, there is a solution for you... I asked that question some time ago when I was new to Android and someone helped me with this trick:

For using two languages this was posted in the Android Apps forum (works on (m)any Android phones):
credit to that post.

1. Install and activate BlackBerry Keyboard
* Go to language and input
* Go to "Default Keyboard / Current Keyboard", hit "Set up input
method" and turn on BlackBerry Keyboard
* Select BlackBerry Keyboard as default Keyboard

2. Configure the Keyboard
* Under Keyboard and input methods, tap on BlackBerry Keyboard
* Tap Multi-language Keyboard
* Select your primary language (i.e. German) and the secondary
language (ie. English US)
* Tap save in the top right and hit "enable now"
* You will now see a language dialog. Turn off "Use system language"

AND NOW COMES THE BIG TRICK:
* In the language list that is displayed, you will notice that your
primary language is listed TWICE (in my case GERMAN and just below a
second GERMAN. Select the SECOND ENTRY and DO NOT select your
secondary language (in my case English US) from the list.
* Hit back to save the setting

For maps issue, I didn't touch any thing during driving. Phone's screen changed to be black automatically, but the audio is always there. Maybe only a problem on my device.

For the input method issue. Thanks for your crazy kind explanation. I'll try that way on my side after switching to key1.
