And Apple gets criticized for charging $100 extra for each step up in phone storage. At least with those devices your getting something in return. All color variants of the PP have the same specs. I don't mind paying for color choices but I'm not gonna go overboard.

You can bump your storage spec for your Passport for pennies to the dollar versus an iPhone. You are drawing conclusions based on the wrong comparisons.

If you want to compare Apples to Blackberries in this case, then go and find a similar spec'd and colored iPhone to this black and gold BlackBerry.

Hint: it's the same price!

Maybe if it were the solid black one. Gold, never was into that 'flash'.

What I like is that, in contrast to the customized versions, the frets are golden too. I'm wondering when we will see the official pictures.

And yes, the price is a bit on the high side considered it's not even real gold.

If you go to purchase a black and gold it says out of stock so they either sold them all or they haven't loaded inventory into the system yet!
