Seems like ATT network seems to put a hammering to the passport battery or is it just me? Hopefully a update will resolve this issue.

I've been using one on AT&T since around Sept. 2nd, no issues here.

For some reason my battery is drain extremely fast I though it was the network. I wonder what could be the issue I did a factory reset and everything but still the same result. I did the factory reset on the Tuesday and I hear that you have to give it a few days for everything to settle in. Just really concern about my battery life.

Generally ya.. have a look at the device monitor and see where the battery life is going. If it's an app or something it should show rather high usage. If it's a bum battery then everything should just look 'normal'. In which case, if it's a bum battery then you'll need to get an exchange ASAP.
