I noticed that several weeks ago, some apps, such as Be Weather Pro, Kindle, etc. are restarted themselves.
I am using Duolingo android app, too and when I am trying to do the lessons, the app quits unexpectedly!
Could you please help me with possible reasons and how to solve the problems?

The common denominator there is most are Android apps. What OS are you on and when was the last time you wiped your device for a fresh install?

I'm using the 10.3.2.2836 OS!
I think I never wipe this device and do fresh installation on it!
Do you think I need to backup all everything and restore to factory settings, then do the restoration from the backup? Or I need to wipe it then do a full restoration?
I just need to restore my SMSs, contacts, call history and some other phone settings (ringtones, notification colors, ..)

Yep. I have the same experience. For both native apps and android apps. These would restart on their own and would looked like my PP has been rebooted. PP has been wiped twice. It has the same issue.
