    Some apps don't show up in the settings - privacy - permissions. Especially various games. Should I mistrust and remove these? Why are they absent from these important privacy settings?

    A lot of apps don't. Unless they're pre-installed, you have to approve the permissions upon installation, and that's the opportune moment to decide your level of trust.

    If they don't show in the Permission Settings, maybe they just didn't need any permissions to run? That type of app would actually be the most safe, because it doesn't have access to any personal information at all...
