    Ever since the 2474 update, my apps have been crashing. They play in the background and suddenly they crash and only their highlight remains which means when I open them again, they start from scratch.
    I have hard restarted my passport a couple of times already.
    Everything was working perfectly before the update.

    Don't know if its an issue with 2474 or an app issue but I'm sometimes having problems with Blaq, I get failure to load when scrolling and it freezes up, close the app and it loads OK the next time, happening maybe 2 or3 times a day. Very occasionally on the opening up text messages I get the screen flicker too.

    I know what you're talking about as well, I'm on the Passport and ever since the update, that's also been happening to me. I usually have about 3 to 4 native apps open before the crash happens. Sometimes I assume someone's calling me (since it's usually on silent) and I check why my phone suddenly stopped playing music, then I see that they've all crashed. Hopefully someone finds the cause of this soon...

    Same! The 2 apps that I use the most on a daily basis don't function properly anymore. Passport is a loner phone so back to my Q10 which is in the same boat pretty much! Will be moving onto a different platform soon! The BlackBerry brand is pretty much broken!

    Probably flash memory (hardware) defect.

    I can understand that some Android apps will have the possibility to 'crash' due to runtime installed in our device which basically not catching up the latest version of real Android runtime.

    But if those native apps are also 'crashing' (which they should NOT), there must be a 'glitch' in your OS. And the common solution to resolve this issue is to reinstall the latest official OS...
