Apple pen is specifically designed for and paired to the iPad Pro. It won't even work with an iPhone or iPad.
Can anyone recommend a stylus, if anyone's used one with a Passport?
You will NEVER gain an active stylus experience or palm rejection on the Passport, it lacks the hardware. Devices like the Surface lineup and iPad Pro use active digitizer technology; you're probably familiar with the names Wacom, n-Trig, Synaptics, etc. There are 2 digitizers in the device, one which communicates with your fingers (capacitive) and one which communicates with the pen/pencil (active).
The Passport only has a capacitive digitizer. You can buy any nubby $1 stylus and it will work with the Passport, but all it will do is simulate your finger.
The Hand stylus is nice. They are $24.99 on Shop Blackberry and can be purchased for under $20.00 online from other vendors . They are well constructed with a stainless steel body and high quality tip. As mentioned in previous posts the captive stylus will not be as accurate as an active stylus however it is more accurate and consistent than your finger tip.
I've purchased many and the best one I've used to date is JotPro. It works extremely well with OneNote.
