Last night he loaded his battery correctly, today was 100 %, but not that time has stopped working , I 've put a USB cable to the PC , since I do not have the charger in the office and does absolutely nothing , could help me at least tell me if it happened to them and whether they have been able to revive ?

    Thank you

Hold the Power button down for 20-30 seconds and if you see a red LED flash let go of the power button--see if it reboots. Or have you tried that?

Indeed, this was what I did and stay operational, however will make the comments, we'll do a security wipe and then you will reinstall the OS from 0

Do yourself a BIG favor and don't do a security wipe. Instead use your PC and Blackberry Link to reload your OS. The security wipe can take forever to complete and before you know it, you will be back on this forum asking why it is taking so long or how to fix it.
