    Hello!
    On January 29 the application "Weather" on BB Pasport stopped working correctly: Data is not coming, the screen is empty, Enter location is not possible...

    This is the situation of many users on our website (4pda.ru) - Different countries, different providers, But everyone has the same situation - look at the screens attached.

    The app reports "the app failed to get your location data".

    Has anyone faced such a problem? I would appreciate a hint as to how you solved it...

    Mine works well in Ontario, Canada.

    ***well it did for about 10 minutes just now! Now it's gone just like your example. Looks like that's the end of that app. Native apps are dropping off gradually.

    We are talking about BB10 devices here - yours should work being android or Accuweather is down??

    Checked my Z10. At first, it was still showing the last time I checked it in November. After a moment to refresh, it dashed everything out as seen above.

    i just deleted it. google's weather lookup via www is good enuff.

    Accuweather is down??
    No, the AW website works...

    I think that the reasons may be two: either the data supply contract between RIM and AW has ended or the security certificate allowing BB phones to connect and receive data from AW has expired. In any case, it is suggested to consider this appl in EoL status.

    Same situation here. Can look up weather on the internet if you need to use the BlackBerry 10 devices. It was a disappointing seeing the app go. Seems that location services toggles on and off. Anything with location services requirement does not work optimally.

    I wonder if location matters. I'm in Ukraine.
    By the way, Accuweather on the "most ancient" of my tablets, the HP Touchpad, still works as well.

    Hi guys. The some in Poland. Doesn't work, But I found a simple weather apk, that works fine, and I was able to remove ads from it. Anyone willing to try?

    Works well - thanks for sharing! I have it on my Passport and it's quick to open - no problems so far. Very basic weather app.
