Hello,

Thinking about purchasing a new SE Passport but one of my favorite apps is Bloomberg.

Currently on my Q10 I have Starbucks and Bloomberg, both of which I don't believe are supported currently by Passport.

I am not interested in sideloading, Snap etc. If I do a back up and transfer, would all my existing apps transfer to a Passport?

Maybe. Usually Apps do not transfer, but I've had some sucess transferring Android Apps with a restore.

Perhaps others will have more experience with this.

If you got the apps through Amazon, then you will be able to reload them through that app. There is the "available" tab. If the app is not optimized for the Passport, once you open Bloomberg or whatever, swipe down from the top. There is an option to resize. Try the middle to see if it works, or the option on the right. This is if the default full screen doesn't work.

All my apps except for a flashlight and one newspaper moved over. Also most of my movies came over to.

I may be a poor case study as I only had one game app on my Q10.

If you do a FULL back-up of your Q10 and then load it to your Passport with BlackBerry Link, it should transfer all your apps as well. Always worked for me.

I would guess that some apps wont even work because of the different screen specs
