APP for talking handy notes

Good morning,

Is there any free app in order to take notes on the screen (by hand) like the quick memo on Note 4?

I do not want to use a stylus but my hand.

I use Google Keep on my Android. Im not sure it works on your Passport. I used to use Noted on my BB
