    I have updated to the new OS on my passport and I was thinking my issues with keyboard backlight would be sorted. It is still not the case. I can do a hard reset and rectify the problem, but is seems to happen once a day. Can anyone help?

    Anyone out there who can help, the back light comes on after a reboot but doesnt always light up. I genuinely thought the update would fix it. Very upset abt this simple functionality not working

    Have you tried doing a full wipe and restore with the new update? Does that resolve your issue?

    I believe I had this on an early passport build but was since rectified with the 10.3.1 update (installed leak)

    Yeah I had the same problem after the upgrade, did a reboot holding the up and down volume keys and problem has been resolved since.
