Previously had no problem installing Snap on my Q10 and Z30 using Chrome on a Macbook but cannot get Snap installed on my new Passport.

Not sure if it's 10.3 or maybe mavericks on the laptop causing problems but after detecting the IP Address and the logging in, I can't get to the page that Installs Apps

Is there any other way to instal Snap? I tried using Sanchesi but can't get that to open either on my Macbook. Can we transfer Snap from an older device via Link maybe?

I got it working with no problem. I was having trouble installing it on my z10 a week ago and ended up giving up.

I had the same problem as you did at first. I tried again the next day after rebooting Passport and computer. Then it worked.

I had a problem installing Snap. I couldn't get the BB10/Playbook App Manager to pull up the sideload page. I checked the IP address field in the Development Mode screen and the IP address was wrong. Check and make sure your IP address is right in Development Mode. After manually changing the IP, then closing and re-opening Chrome, I was able to get to the sideload page.

Use latest Sachesi build (https://github.com/xsacha/Sachesi/releases) , be sure the device drivers are on your mac (installed blend/link ?) .
Got it installed w/ Sachesi no problem, as simple as a drag&drop to the install tab.
