You may have better luck with apps working if you Update your Passport to the latest OS.... follow the direction

Tried the app again, I had problem importing epubs.
Seems the resolution is to move the epubs to a folder under device/misc/andriod. Then they can be found

I've been trying to add ebooks to my app on and off for a while since i started upgrading through the various 10.3 leaks and have not been able to do so as of yet. I just tried again this afternoon and it seems to just spin and spin during the search process and never finds anything.

As was suggested by someone else on this thread, I tried to move them into a folder under misc/android and didnt make a difference, still sits and spins.

any other thoughts or results by folks.

using a Q10 myself here with 10.3.1.2267

its the principal of it, it used to work, now its not, at least not for everyone. The app is a good app, just seems to be busted for some when moving into the 10.3.1. As for PlayePub, I would check it out if it was a free app, but unfortunately its not. Not that its that expensive, but still, a free app exists for what I want to do myself.

It works fine for me on the official 10.3.1 release from Rogers.
It consumes more power than on 10.3.0 but. That has nothing to do with Kobo.

Kobo borked for some reason on my Z30 with Z30 STA100-5/10.3.1.2582 and deleting/reinstall did nothing. Hmm.

A bit flummoxed I considered the problem for a bit until I remembered that this is an android port.

Some time ago we had a problem with Newsrepublic on the PlayBook whereby a notification could never be gotten rid of.

The solution was to install Ghost Commander and drill down to the android directory and delete the offending file.

Okay, I thought, let's delete the Kobo app and then see what's left. Well, everything is left!

I deleted the directory and reinstalled. Bingo! App works again!
