Anyone have issues with Blackberry protect?

Hi guys,

Anyone having issues with their Blackberry Passport not being recognised in Blackberry Protect?

I have it activated along with location services. I have tried numerous restarts and used different browsers but no luck. The BBID is definitely correct.

I'm at my wits end haha.

Trying turning off protect on the device, then turning it back on.

All good now guys. I ended up doing a full restore and it worked straight away.

Just one of those little glitches that occurs in a blue moon I guess.

I don't think this required a full reload. It's just a step that was taken before others were tried.

We got our new passport last week. BlackBerry Protect worked on the first try. Not a single problem.

Only issue is it is down to a one trick pony now, and not the best trick.

I pretty much tried every solution I could think of, as well as suggestions from Google. I spent about 2 days on it.
