I think you mean 10.3.2...Try BB link and see if you see an update.

I have an unlocked Passport bought from Amazon in the US & haven't received the update yet either. Mine came from a 3rd party seller & came with an European charger in the box with a US adapter thrown in by the seller. Sounds like they are rolling out the update to specific regions & Europe hasn't gotten it yet. I should have bought straight from Amazon so I would have a North American handset.

So strange! I got the update on my work AT&T Passport but not on my personal unlocked Passport.

Yes and one thing that stands out to me is that the keyboard can now be used for scrolling left and right on the home/icon screens

I got mine unlocked from Amazon and connected it with AT&T and I am still running 10.3.1.1779. Removed the sim card and searched but still nothing. I'm in the US.

I have the Z10 with Telus and still haven't seen anything from them. However, based on what was published on their blog as of the 15th it should have be released at some point this week. But they updated the table yesterday and moved it to 21st
