Seeing so many issues reported here, flickering screens, volume issues, battery drain issues...I'm wondering how widespread these issues really are? Maybe these issues are affecting a tiny percentage of those who update? Maybe it's widespread and truly is a disaster for blackberry?

I'm just curious, anyone find a flawless update? I've seen a couple of posts to that effect, but they seem vastly outnumbered by those seeing issues. So what about you? Finding no issues after the update?

10.3.0.908 runs efficiently with my Passport. I disabled the automatic OS update beforehand to avoid these issues.

Very happy with it. People need to understand that it may take a day or two for the OS to settle in. Another factor is that people who are happy with it are much less likely to post here. People with problems or perceived problems are much more vocal and likely to post. Just human nature.

So far no problems. Amazon PP SQW100-1 running 10.3.1.1581 that I installed earlier OTA. Sound's okay, no flickering and I'm happy I can now scale the GoPro app so I can use it now.

I agree with you! People encountering these problems will likely be the ones posting, as against those who are doing ok.

That is why it would be great if you could chime in here if you are happy with the official update. Better if you could share also from what previous OS you were if you do leaks or from the out of the box OS.

Notification volume is low, except for phone calls, some apps (mainly games) not working but only seems to be on Passport. The same games run good on my Z30 with the same OS, although it was a leak.

I think the update we got is from classic and not for passport. I find when I unlock it the first activframe is selected, something that should work with trackpad.

Yes I am totally happy. I don't have issues with not having a dark hub and calender or low notifications volume or the occasional flicker or the BBM glitch or the WiFi signal or whatever. Nothings perfect.

I am just happy I have a BlackBerry.
