My passport has yet to receive an update to 10.3.1. Anybody else still waiting?
Why don't you update through BB link instead of waiting for the OTA?
BB Link won't find any new updates.
Try to remove your sim and try to search for the update on WiFi. See if that works.

It doesn't find anything new.
Omg I was very happy with 10.3.0 until I updated to see what the hype was about. 10.3.1. is not ready for prime time at all.
I'm still on 10.3.0.908 here on Rogers in Canada.
