i don't know any app that does what you want, but out of curiosity, do you mind sharing why do you need that? many funny explanations come to me after reading your question...
I am developing one, but it is not for consumers. Think more for clandestine service. Its actually really amazing. Can save your life if you are in a dangerous situation. It's called SOS.
There is an android app "mobile hidden camera" by zecurizoft...when u install it, the app name will be shown as simple notepad in app drawer...
Phonetap. It can be configured to record by long pressing the volume up key if you allow it to run when minimized in permissions.
Can use it to take voice notes etc.
