Has anyone returned their Passport and why? My only call out is the size and typing is tough. I am getting better but slower than my Z10.

Hang in there, you will pick up speed shortly, it takes some time to get use to it as its anew design in size
Give it more time. I came from a z10 as well and it took a couple days just to even get used to the layout. Now that I've had the phone for over a month i find its getting easier and easier. I'm not sure if the keyboard is getting worked in, or I'm just building up my dexterity, but i find I'm much faster these days.

A couple days and typing is easier than on my Z10. Love the phone!
Passport on ATT
You'll find it much easier to type on the Passport over the Z10 or Z30 after deciding how to hold and type. I've never used a physical keyboard phone until using the Passport and I'm typing and flicking with the Z30 now and it's *almost* dreadful as compared to the Passport with the hardware keyboard AND flicking!
For me, it is easiest to hold the Passport with my thumb/finger in an L shape (+ mirrored L on the right hand) with the Passport being supported by my two fingers mostly leaving my thumbs to type and do all the work. Hope that makes some sense. Weird trying to explain how I hold the Passport lol.
Just give it some time and later on you'll pick up the Z10 and wonder how weird it seems after using the Passport!

I haven't had a BB in a while, last one I had was Z10 and I only kept that for a few months. In general I don't end up keeping any phone for too long. It's a bad habit I have. I got a brand new iPhone 6 that I was using when i saw the Passport. Picked it up and used it for a week. Put it up for sale and got an overwhelming number of messages from people wanting to buy it. Perhaps because I priced it $300 less than the next one available in my local area and there were only 2 total. Anyway, long story short I changed my mind about selling it after almost making a deal with someone for $450 and decided to start using it again. Liking it so far.
