Any one upgraded their Passport from 10.3.0.1418 to 10.3.1.1151?

What makes it worth the hustle?

Edit: I took the plunge through Blitz method, below are what's working or not for me:

BBM works
Email notification works
Clock works

Blend doesn't work
Flash player doesn't work, already a pain.... can't watch @Phonedog_Cam 's Passport Challenge video on their website, had to go to youtube and search.
First unlock gesture only gets to lock screen, then unlocks on the second gesture
Teamviewer doesn't work

Notifications profile settings interface changed, you have to go settings->notifications->normal->customized app notifications, and then find your app or emails under there for your normal notifications profile settings.

New features:

Custom snooze on notifications (Thank you for listening, BlackBerry!!!)

yea I just upgraded the Passport. took about 30mins non-destructive side load with sachesi

so far so good and my reset was about 10 mins ago

that's correct everything still intact

I now use my Z10 as the guinea pig (using it to type here). IMO not worth the possible risk, don't see any significant improvement on what's on the passport now. I will wait to update my Passport with an official release.

Thanks for not closing this thread. I have gone through most of the posts in that thread but couldn't get an idea to my questions.

I kinda like 1408 on my Passport. Not sure the benefits of 1511 would balance well on the loss of flash player.

The real enhancement from 10.3.1 are the notifications. You can set led colors now for contacts or accounts.

Also minimizing the font actually makes the spacing smaller in the hub and other UI cleanup.

The Passport is my daily driver. It now has notification tweaks, a better camera, faster browser, better radio, timed messages in BBM. No loss of data and no screwed up contacts. Use Blitz method.

I'm waiting for the official update... the phone is working fine right now so...

I just run 10.3.1.1151 and there are still some bugs in the OS. The Camera is better but sometimes if you are in the app it could be flickering. The screen is going crazy and when you out everything is fine. The OS it self run fine and it better than previous version 1016. Lot;s of bugs are gone but they really need to fix some little bugs. Could you use it as a daily driver. YES.

Installed it last night via autoloader and everything works so far although you do have to sideoad the previous version of blend.

I had no sound notifications for my emails so I had to roll it back to 10.3.0

Download Photon Browser from Snap. It still has Flash imbedded and works fine.

Loaded. Way smoother and quicker than 10.3.0.1408. One of the best new features is the ability to size app appearances, which allows you to zoom in /out (like 1408) but also to shape it rectangular with black stripes down either size, which is new in 1151 (I think).

I'll wait until it's official for the Passport and test it on my Z10. It would be nice if the latest Instagram apk would work on my current build.

Can people confirm that they're getting sound notifications for emails?

PassportSQW100-1/10.3.1.1151 this is by far the best version yet. Battery is awesome

Yes but just noticed I don't get sound notifications when emails come in. Not a big deal for me though

Some apps flickering crazy. Impossible to use when it flickering. Apps: Wechat and several others I can't recall the name right now.

mine works well...using autoloader. lots of new features..haven't explored it all..:
***shortcuts and speed dial
***battery saving mode
***hold to stay awake

I had to go back to 10.3.0.1418, did a sic wipe then let link do its job at putting the OS back, restored only media and couple of apps, that's all, everything else was installed fresh. Needed USB2Go and the flickering drove me crazy, had 10.3.1.1010 for couple of weeks then try 1016 it was a no go, then 1151 was a no go also. Went back yesterday to 1418 and man the difference is outstanding. 10.3.1 will have great features when they work and get polished, but 10.3.0.1418 is far more stable for a daily driver and all features work as opposed with 10.3.1.xxxx. On my part I will wait for the official stable version of 10.3.1 and keep 10.3.0.xxxxx.
