    Hello support for BB10 still there for security just recently launched 10.3.3. There was mention still pending 10.3.4 but pending to be seen. Do not expect any new consumer features coming as focus is on security.

    You might be better off. 10.3.3 introduced some issues not previously exhibited. In my case, it's a noticeable reduction in battery life.

    Just backup and flash an Autoloader. Problem solved.
