You're better off with 2339. Use codes 302/220.

What's the big difference? Outside Telus is CDMA and ATT is GSM. I did find the one under Rogers (GSM) with the same 3229.

Telus is not CDMA. Besides, an OS is device specific, not network specific.

Mine is a -1, I was finally able to get Sacehsi to work, loaded ATT update first. Then I came back and read the reply about Telus and looked back in Sachesi and noticed Rogers was the same update and updated yet again.

I updated via sachesi. I didn't feel any noticeable improvement. So for the ones who can't update, I'd like to say that you don't miss anything special

If you have a factory unlocked device from Amazon North America, then you are supposed to have the update.

Remove your SIM card, reboot your phone, and check for updates with WiFi.

If still unsuccessful, then your IMEI must have fallen between the cracks, and you'll have to update yourself.
I have bought at least 5 factory unlocked (as claimed in the ad) BB10 devices from Amazon US/UK, but not even once I got the update directly from BlackBerry. That's with or without sim, or also via OTA or Link. Don't know why. So, I am thinking maybe only devices from ShopBlackberry are the ones getting the updates directly, not Amazon!

I know for certain that many Amazon North America devices are getting the direct updates too, along with shopBlackberry. That is the intention.

I am using a Q10. I checked this and many other carrier codes in Sachesi, but it only brought up 10.3.2.2168 (.2252) as the highest update for the Q10. So, I finally installed 2252 from Rogers (Code 302/720). I have been getting crashes and slowness in my Calendar app. Are you aware of another Sachesi code that offers 2339 for the Q10?

2252 is perfectly satisfactory for non-Passport devices. Compared, 2339 only brings a couple of small tweaks exclusively for Passports.

The OS has been excellent for my Z10s and Q devices. You may have to think about doing a clean install to clear out the cobwebs.

Not reading the whole thread to see if someone commented about it.

A number of people have been getting the update after pulling their sim, rebooting the phone, and checking over wifi. I did this, hitched me to a new update, then have received three since. Something to try.

Then I feel your frustration. Have you tried sachesi? It's a painless enough ota style upgrade. 302 + 220 will get you the latest os. Bring you up to date. And yeah, it's a hassle as well. Especially with limited internet. Only thing I've noticed. I received that os ota, and the voice assistant doesnt seem to be working. (I havent looked to hard into getting it to work tho)

Yes, I tried Link and it said I had the latest update. 10.3.1

That's odd. I loaded .2252 on my Z10 and after it was finished it said there was an update .2339, did I want to install? (factory unlocked ATT version)

I had the same problem with my z30. I pulled out the sim, rebooted the phone and connected via WiFi. Clicked on check for updates and the update was there.

Lol funny how you skip my post with the most likely correct answer to your problem.

Next time you fail to find the update you'll wonder the same thing.

You have to reload the OS using BlackBerry link, your installation was bad since you've had the phone. No a security wipe won't do it either. Restoring a backup will also screw it up.

You must start clean reloading the OS through BlackBerry link. Or live using sachesi.
Sorry sir, I think he is more an advance user judging from his writing

I updated finally with Sachesi the other night. Up to OS version 2339. I checked it again for an update this evening and it added a 213 kb file, no change to OS, not sure what that was about.

Curios, is there a way to just reload the Calendar app using Sachesi?

That is very true. If ATT and Verizon can't shove a Samsung or Apple up your ****, they don't care.

That goes for all carriers, Business 101 says "carry inventory that sells" and "give the people what they want."
You don't see people lining up or camping out for BB phones, BB is surely more common outside the U.S

Same for me. Just tried the SIM pull with reboot again & no dice. Mine was purchased from an Amazon seller but the phone came with a Euro charger so maybe EU hasn't been pushed the update yet? I'll likely be updating it myself since it looks like my unlocked phone won't get it.
