It seems to be Carrier specific. I think that you are on AT&T and that might be the problem. All the unlocked devices I have up here (Classic, Passport, Z30) are all updated on Bell and Rogers in Canada.

Try connecting to your MAC using BlackBerry LINK (Please do yourself a favour and go get the latest version at https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/D...844B474D04114F ) and then "Check for Updates" in there.

    Good luck!

PS: The main things in this revision are security related: It's not "just the Amazon store". There is support for PGP encrypted email to drive spying eyes crazy and then there is personal security of BlackBerry Protect: From now on your phone is a worthless brick to anyone who takes it from you if they don't know your BBID and Password. Even wiping the phone will not help.
I updated Link and was unsuccessful. Thanks for the help.

Take out the sim card and re-start the phone. Once you are connected to wifi, initiate an update search. It will find it and start the upgrade. You can put back the sim at this point if you want.

I've tried that as well. Actually I did the initial start up like that when I updated it. Thanks

I have an unlocked Passport on AT&T and it updated with no issue so the carrier is not the problem.

not sure on that as I've never seen one in Sachesi. what i'm saying, if you are using a proxy try upgrading your phone without it.

If you can get your hands on another PC, blitz version using Sachesi is the way to go. I would have to disagree about nothing different in the update and the older OS. Battery life is amazing. That in itself is worth the update. I also have an unlocked PP and thought it would be one of the first to get the update too. I got tired of waiting and installed the leak. Been running flawlessly ever since the install. The carriers won't tell you anything.

I had the update on the Z10 just before I got the PP. It is a very big difference.

I think you just answered your own question. "I'm using a beta version of OS X". If you use beta anything, you're open to problems. I've had my Passport since January and gotten all the updates. The latest was a week ago. Did you try Link to see if it'll get your update?

What version of BB10 do you have?
Uhh, that has nothing to do with how he gets updates from the carrier or directly from BlackBerry. No matter the OS on his computer, plugging to Link would find the latest versions available.

I thin what Conite mention could be the real factor here.

No, but beta OSes tend to have limitations, which could explain Link not working as intended and not seeing an update.

Ok, I have used Link on Mac and PC. Both computers thru Link shows I have the "latest" software that is 10.3.1.1779. I went to Blackberry website using Firefox and it shows I have the latest. I tried pulling the sim and using WiFi only with the same result. Sachesi is giving me 2 different errors on 2 different computers and cant move forward with it. I even called customer service. However, I guess I could just wait.

Really? From what I understood at one time, those with unlocked devices gets the updates in a timely fashion. For some reason we get shafted with the new update!!!!

I would pull the sim card out. I just got my Passport yesterday, and while it was without a Sim card, it: was updating to 10.3.2.2339. It was a surprise. I bought mine unlocked (non ATT).

Actually ATT released 10.3.2 without announcing it just right before the others rolled out if I remember right.

Not sure what you're responding to.

If you have a factory unlocked device from Amazon North America, then you are supposed to have the update.

Remove your SIM card, reboot your phone, and check for updates with WiFi.

If still unsuccessful, then your IMEI must have fallen between the cracks, and you'll have to update yourself.

OK, I finally did some updating, installing and reinstalling on the PC, Sachesi is now alive and downloading the official ATT version. I didn't find anything for an unlocked itself using 001 and 01.

You're better off with 2339. Use codes 302/220.

Lol funny how you skip my post with the most likely correct answer to your problem.

Next time you fail to find the update you'll wonder the same thing.

You have to reload the OS using BlackBerry link, your installation was bad since you've had the phone. No a security wipe won't do it either. Restoring a backup will also screw it up.

You must start clean reloading the OS through BlackBerry link. Or live using sachesi.
