Does anyone know yet if the Blackberry Passport/10.3+ will support the use of Android Wear?

Won't that require Google Play Services?

If not, then that'd be great...

I think all smart watches (with the likely exception of Apple's) support at least basic call functionality. IOW, they'll let you do hands-free calls and allow for notifications. Android Wear, though, carries on and does a whole lot of other things that actually will require Google Play Services, and I doubt these things will be easily hacked. Time will tell.

I tested it and I couldn't get it to work. It would pair but wouldn't transmit information. But I could get Google glass to pair and receive data from the phone but not pass the notifications to glass.
