Is the android settings dialog available on the BB Passport ?
Cobalt has an Android settings apk in one of his threads.

That didn't work for me. I get to settings using the blackberry ID app. Also useful to get to the dev tool settings
Cobalts didn't work for me either. I use snap. U just can't use Google apps
