A couple days ago? You mean 4 years ago when some guy from Brazil put up a PPSE on eBay and it got taken down by BB ltd?

I'd be amazed at someone actually having in his hands a Passport running Android 5

Yes there was a guy a couple days ago. I responded to the thread first actually. Then James Nieves responded saying he would buy it. I'm assuming he bought it then asked @Bla1ze and the team to remove the thread. I even replied and asked James if he still works for BlackBerry Mobile before the thread was removed. Shady pees around here lol.

Meh, a single PP unit running Android Lollipop isn't nearly a threat to BBMo by any magnitude compared to the Typo PKB cases that were produced probably in the 10's of thousands before Chen jumped on that lawsuit

In my opinion, the Typo case on a device kind of looked like a KeyOne and I am guessing they were already playing around with KeyOne concepts at that point in time. Maybe someone is currently working on an Android device concept of a Passport.

Instead of thwarting BlackBerry poking the sleeping dog, why not center upon remarking the runtime to be more up-to-date? even android 4.4 (up from 4.3) would do something... up to Android 6 and it's a winner !!

Seems like a non-starter given all the other opinions that have already been voiced about restarting BB10. Seems to me they (whomever "they" are) would be more interested in an Android device that happened to have some of the physical features of the Passport.

Yeah I'd bet something along those lines.

That said, I doubt CB would take down a classifieds ad if I were to put my iPhone SE + Typo PKB case for sale/trade (which I plan on doing)
