The latest Android BBM update has killed voice chat to other BB10 BBM users. BBM voice calls can not be stablished between BBM10 and android BBM Users (ie. Orio). BBM 10 to BBM 10 users work fine. Anyone has the same problem?

You are 6 months late to the party i think. This was all announced back in June that BB10 BBM would only be able to send messages to Android and iOS. Pretty much ALL other functionality would cease to work

I just tested BBM voice call between my Z30 and DTEK. Voice calls worked.
Video is not supported.

Works for me too.
Does not work for updated Key1 and friend with Q10. Very disappointing considering I loved voice quality over regular Cell service.
