It is indeed, which is why Amazon used Fedex. They do Saturday delivery for short delivery notice. Just glad Amazon sorted it out for me.

My shopblackberry.com delivery is between Memphis and Mississauga on FedEx right now. I don't think FedEx delivers on Saturday in Canada but we'll see.

I'm going to refuse the more-expensive uncancellable order from shopblackberry.com unless a torontonian says they want it for $805 CDN... No takers yet...

My Amazon.com delivery is still "preparing for shipment".

Edit: My Amazon.com delivery is now marked "Shipping Now", whatever that means: still no tracking number.

Well, FedEx says it is out for delivery. After getting off chat with Amazon, they called FedEx to reroute it from my work. It still says my work address on FedEx's website, but we will see if it arrives at home today.

Just got an email from amazon stating my Passport has shipped, estimated delivery of Tuesday. I had originally selected one day prime shipping, but later downgraded to free two-day shipping when it was delayed.

Ah, unfortunately, not sure what happened, but I got a delivery estimate of November 14th after I tried changing my shipping ship to see if it changes anything. Hopefully that's just a random thing, and not an actual estimated date.

My CC was charged this morning, status has been changed to "preparing for shipment"!!!

So I am guessing I'll get my phone on Monday or Tuesday the latest! Even though Amazon rep had told me they expect shipment on Oct 6 but not to be disappointed they sometimes ship it before projected date! Well that was fast! So amazon is honoring their delivery estimate afterall! Thanks Amazon!

I ordered Wednesday Sept 24th at approximately noon EST.

I placed my Amazon order on Wednesday at 12:06pm EDT, got the out of stock email Friday at 8:11am EDT, clicked the button to accept the change Friday at 3:22pm EDT, and got the shipped email Saturday at 5:15pm EDT for a Monday delivery (I did the overnight shipping).

Amazon doesn't warranty anything.

BlackBerry is who the warranty is with and their hand-sets are covered by a 1 year warranty to the original owner only.
