I just ordered a Passport from Amazon and it says it will be arriving on the 20th. Cancelled my VIP order from Shop Blackberry because of their awful customer service.

I received my notice today also. Originally scheduled for delivery on the 17th with 2-day shipping. I emailed Amazon about upgrading me to 1-day. Before hearing back from them, I opted to make the change myself and pay the $3.99. Amazon subsequently got back to me and offered a $10 credit to my account for the delay in getting the phone. I'm a happy customer and can't wait until Thursday!
