    Except... If you don't know that a previous forum exists on your topic, how could you possible know to Google the exact forum name?
    Say what? To search a specific site with google you would have to know the name of the site you want to search. I mean google is good but it can't read your mind.

    True, but the Crackberry search isn't always so helpful.

    My search for "Passport Keyboard" doesn't return that thread on the first 100 hundred listings, or the next 200 for that matter, and then it ends there... that's equivalent to, 20+ pages on Google without returning that a helpful result.

    Secondly... if I create a new thread, and even call it the existing thread title "passport keyboard tips"
    Man its up to you if you want recreate the same.
    I was just trying to help as there's already lots of tips available in another similar thread if you wanted to know.

    Much of this is in Tutorials.
    I always check the Tutorials and/or manuals of new devices and revisit them or the Help section until they are no longer needed.
