Aluminum or stainless steel, anyone cares?

I saw this picture on twitter, as you can see that iPhone gets annoying scratches due to the aluminum body.
And I asked the guy to check on passport for me, and he told me it is made of aluminum, but it's a prototype(no ring on the rear camera), I don't know but definitely hope that when this thing finally come out on market, they'll put stainless steel instead!
What do you guys think?

My take on Halobandit's response is that he just assumed it's aluminum because aluminum in phones is very popular ATM due to the iPhone and HTC. So as he realized the rim isn't made of plastic he assumed it's aluminum without thinking too much about it. At least I hope it's like this and BlackBerry uses stainless steel instead, loved that on my Bold 9900 and nevertheless the Q10 is made of steel as well.
The steel which being used on the Q10 is 304 stainless steel according to the salesman of blackberry, if they try 316L stainless steel(which is very often being used on Swiss watches) that'll be fantastic :-)
