    China Unicom: bands 3, 40, 41
    China Telecom: bands 1, 3, 40, 41

    From the list above, only the Passport has any of these bands (1 and 3). To use band 40 or 41 you'd need the only BlackBerry device with the right TD-LTE bands: the Priv STV100-3.
