Hi,

My all android apps have suddenly stopped working
I can see only green line loading the app and then it vanishes and nothing opens
Have you faced this recently?

This started happening after I installed chrome browser, but now even after uninstalling it makes no difference

Please advise.

Reboot, and then wait 15 minutes before touching the phone.

I noticed that my Android player has no activities at all since afternoon Looks like it is dead?
Another frustration of living with this dead OS!

What OS are you on? The Runtime patch will actually corrupt any OS other than 10.3.2.2876.

The Android Runtime patch wouldn't have installed anyway in that case. It was another reboot that fixed it.

I did multiple reboots before that to no avail.
After I downloaded runtime, I got screen saying Intitializing but was stuck there
Had to then restart which seems to have solved the problem!

Just gave it a kick in the butt. It didn't actually install anything. Good result though!

our whatsapp group passport recommended this way to update android runtime for blackberry if they got an erorr android player, anything os version you have. I seen the update just did on blackberry10 10.3.2.2888 or below (not 10.3.3) but if it solved why not?. we will do anything step by step after over than all is reinstall os if you dont get solution of it

After reading the comments, I found my problem the same as the one other friends of mine here they are experiencing, and the post I got solution to my bb passport....that for advice

Even though I'm on Software Release 10.3.3.2031, I've got nothing to lose so I'm installing/reinstalling "BlackBerry Runtime for Android" based on advice in this thread. I have the app under "Available" in "My Apps & Games" from back when it was needed, so it was easy for me to find.
