I love mine but it depends on what you use the phone for. If your deep into Google Services it may not be your best option. Depends on what apps and things you use.

Get it. It's different because of the form factor but give it 2 weeks and you'll be using it like a pro.

The keyboard is great. Takes a bit getting used to but I find it much easier to use than a virtual keyboard. Accuracy is extremely important in my business and I feel much more confident using the Passport's physical keyboard. Battery life, speakers, screen, the Hub and other elements of the BlackBerry 10 OS are big pluses.

Having said that, using a Passport depends on your use case. It's not an entertainment device such as an iPhone or Android devices. So while I highly recommend the Passport, think hard about what you are going to use it for. If the battery, audio, brillant screen and superb productivity are important to you, well enough said, get a Passport.

If messaging and emailing are your main thing, Passport is perfect.

If multimedia and gaming takes majority of your time, Android and iOS are your best bet.

For me, iPad / iPhone 6+ in combination with Passport compliment each other nicely

Love my Passport and can get most apps (or ones with similar functionality) via Snap, BlackBerry World and the Amazon app store.

I like the square screen as opposed to the candy bar. It is great for reading books, documents and web browsing. The only possible downside is if you like to use the phone for streaming movies or as gaming platform. It works for a short clip or game but otherwise I like the candy bar form more so I use my iPad Mini for those.

OP, imho the forte of the Passport is communication. Mail and messages are easy to manage when compared to IOS. Multimedia is fine too, not that I watch many videos but coming from an IPhone 5 I don't see a huge difference when using YouTube. Internet radio and MP3 both are very good due to the speakers of the Passport.

Only the Passport from AT&T version supports Qi wireless charging - the one with rounded corners and a chubby chin.

Hope you didn't buy it from Digital River shop BlackBerry. If so good luck to you but luck won't even help you when dealing with those thieves if you have to.
