    So according to the Post today BlackBerry has pulled the plug in regards to hardware. So it's all over we now have collectibles. A little part of me thinks it's hogwash.

    Yeah it's a speculative article...not unlike many of the post and threads on Crackberry.

    I think it'd be foolish to throw in the towel before they even entered a mid-level android device into the market. If that bombs, then I'd throw in the towel too.

    Personally I think the corporate numbers in the next couple of quarters will determine if the hardware division survives or not and the first one is due out this Friday.

    Just a speculation nothing else. But financial results will determine the future of hardware business as rightly said by Bakron1 in this thread.
